Sunday, February 2nd
10:30am - 12:30pm. Open Up. Exploring the spectrum between a standard teaching style and one that fosters a deeper connection with your students involves cultivating presence, awareness, and receptivity to their needs. By refining your “listening” skills—both in terms of physical cues and the emotional or energetic atmosphere of the room—you can create a more responsive, student-centered environment. Partner work, Pranayama, Meditation. Body reading and hands-on assists.
1:30 - 3:30pm. Clear the Channel. Liberating your creative potential involves understanding the flow of energy within the system and how it interacts with the mind, body, and spirit. The process of receiving inspiration, processing it, and then channeling that energy into action is where many of us can get stuck. To create a clear pathway from insight to expression, it’s important to address the barriers that may exist along the way. Whether it’s in your own practice or when guiding others, the key is creating an environment where expression is nurtured, boundaries are respected, and inspiration is given the space it needs to transform into action. Pranayama, Japa Mantra Meditation.
