Qi-Flow is a gentle, standing qigong class that combines flowing movements with breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and mobility exercises inspired by tai chi, yoga, and gentle stretching.

This is a standing class (no floor work or yoga poses) and is suitable for all fitness levels. No experience is necessary—simply come as you are and leave feeling more relaxed, grounded, and refreshed.

Margo Gladys, MS is a wellness and performance consultant, Certified Medical Qigong Teacher, and mindfulness instructor. A former healthcare leader who experienced burnout firsthand, she combines coaching and modern stress science with qigong, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and gentle movement to help people regulate stress, restore energy, and improve well-being. Margo holds a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance and has over 1,500 hours of training in mind-body disciplines and is a double certified health-coach.
